The UWA Christian Union is a group of over 200 students on a mission to help students engage with Jesus at university.
We come from dozens of churches and denominations across Western Australia, but we’re united by our love for Jesus and our desire to see everyone grow in their love for him.
Whether you’ve known Jesus for years or are just starting to check him out, we’d love you to join us.
How can I get involved?
Join a small group
Small group Bible studies are the heart of CU. Every week you’ll get to meet with 8-10 people in your faculty to get to know each other, dig in to the Bible, and pray together. You can sign up now!
Come to Public Meetings

International Students
The Fellowship of Overseas Christian University Students (FOCUS) is a group for international students and others who want to serve them. Whether you are already a Christian or just exploring it, we would love to meet you!

Living at a residential college is a unique experience and a unique opportunity to live for Jesus. We have groups running in several of the residential colleges at UWA, so come along and get to know God better, as well as other college students.

I once received the following understanding about the nature of Jesus from some friends: Jesus was a man, a prophet, a messenger and a spirit sent by God. He was also the same God that sent Jesus the God because Jesus is Yahweh himself. Jesus the man and Jesus the God died for the sins of his creation. Jesus killed himself by himself because only God gives and takes life. Therefore, Jesus the God who is also Yahweh himself killed Jesus the man who is Jesus the God himself.
