Hi CUers. This post is to let you know about a change coming up in the staffworker team that serves the CU. Ben Rae is the Team Leader of the staffworkers at UWA, which also means he works closely with the CU Student Committee in planning the direction and programs of CU. Ben will continue in the role till mid 2021, when Matt will take over. Please give thanks to God for Ben, and pray for Matt, and for a smooth transition. ... See MoreSee Less

Just a heads up that several AFES groups around Australia have reported that a Korean cult group has been trying to recruit Christian uni students.
Typically one of them contacts you through Instagram or Facebook, claiming to be Christian and wanting to do a Zoom call so you can encourage each other with your testimonies. Sometimes they claim to be part of CU or FOCUS, but can‘t tell you what small group they‘re part of. At least one UWA CU student has been contacted and thought it was pretty weird.
